Mogulus, UStream, or ???
So, I’ve been using Mogulus lately to broadcast and record our Saturday and Sunday services. Lately I’ve noticed that while I’m broadcasting, if anyone is watching, they constantly are dropping sync. I figured that was due to the fact that the church is only on DSL and most of the time the people watching are the people here in the church so it’s doing double duty on the bandwidth.
I stopped using uStream because it was hard to lgin most of the time. I think it had something to do with a firewall issue. It didn’t matter if I used a Mac, PC, hardwire, or wireless connection. I remember that Los and a few people had been using mogulus, so I made the switch. When I started using Mogulus, I started to like the interface and it seemed easier to go back to the recordings.
Well, now when I go back to the recordings, it loads a few seconds then stops. I have Verizon FiOS which is a solid 5 down with plenty of bandwidth. I’m notquite sure what the deal is there though.
So what do you use? I’d love to know.
