Oh man, time really does get away from me. The twins are almost 14 months and Ryan is almost 3, it is hard to believe that in less then 2 months my oldest is going to be 3. We have been very busy with birthday parties, our business, and just hanging out with each other. For Mother’s Day we went hiking, it was so fun. We saw snakes, caterpillars, dragon flies, and many other things. Last weekend Chris spent all of Saturday alone with the kids for the first time while I was at a Twins club convention. I had a blast and all I can say is Chris didn’t have as much fun as I did. The kids were being kids as they knew daddy was a little stressed. He did a good job for his first time alone from sun up to sun down.

Well it seems as though my children have been sick for weeks now. Nothing serious just a little cough and nasty nose. The twins are better and Ryan is starting to get over his. Oh man the joys of three children. One kid gets it and it just gets passed around till everyone has it. Oh well it is nothing serious and that is the good thing. Ok well on to start my day just about 1 week till the babies turn 1.

Today Ryan had his first dentist appointment. He did awesome. We had a lot of toys that he wanted to bring with him as I had an appointment as well. When we got there he kept wanting to go back and see all the people but as soon as they called us back he got a little shy. I then told him he was going to sit with me and watch and then off we went. They got me up in the chair and started on me and then the lady came in to get Ryan. He just stared at her like she was crazy. She said a few things to try and get him to follow and no go. She then asked him if he wanted to see the squirt gun and he was then off to see the squirt gun. It was too funny. I wanted to go in with him but they were already doing my teeth. I was listening as they were right behind me. He did so good. I finally had to get up and take a picture of him.

Ryan was so proud of his clean teeth. He got 2 stickers and a new tooth brush. He did an awesome job and he also found out he has 20 very handsome teeth.

He is such a big boy.

Ryan had a great day yesterday. He went potty 3 times on his own. He woke up with a dry diaper and I had him go. Then after swim lessons he told me he had to go “Pee-pee on the potty”. Later in the day he decided he wanted to be naked and went potty again. He was standing and though that was the coolest thing. He is getting to be such a big boy.
